SUMMARY:
A well-established luxury lodge in Magaliesburg is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to take charge of business development, client relationships, and revenue growth. This is a key role for a results-oriented individual with a background in hospitality sales and a strong network in the local and corporate markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales strategies to increase occupancy and event bookings
Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporates, and group clients
Represent the lodge at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
Manage all direct sales efforts and coordinate with marketing teams
Prepare monthly sales reports and track performance against targets
Oversee group and event bookings, ensuring seamless coordination

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

3–5+ years of proven sales experience in hospitality, lodges, or events
Strong understanding of the luxury travel and leisure market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence
Ability to work from the property and travel when needed
