SUMMARY:
A Pinetown-based clothing supplier is looking to appoint a Sample Set Supervisor to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot problems that occur during production
Instruct and communicate accordingly with management and technical support
Oversee the Sample Set production line according to production schedule and ensure deadlines and output targets are met daily.
Create a production schedule

Requirements:

Matric
Able to plan efficiently and prioritize work daily with pattern makers and machinists
Minimum 3 years' experience in the Sewing/Textile environment
Technical Skills / Garment construction knowledge
Able to Sew – and assist with the machinists when they have a problem
Prepared to work on a Saturday till 13:00pm
Microsoft Office
SYNC is an advantage
