POSITION INFO:

Role: Sample and Merchandise Co-Ordinator

Location: Durban - Windermere

Education / Computer Packages:

Matric
Minimum 5 years' experience in the Textile environment
Microsoft office
Clear criminal record

Skills Required:

Analytical Skills: Analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions.

Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with various teams, including buyers, designers, and suppliers.

Creativity and Design Skills: Developing visually appealing displays and layouts that attract customers.

Negotiation Skills: Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to maximize profitability.

Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and inventory levels effectively.

Role & Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot problems that occur during production
Instruct and communicate accordingly with management and technical support
Co-ordinate the Sample Set production line according to production schedule and ensure deadlines and output targets are met daily.
Check all samples
Fit / PPS / BPS sample management
Write cut sheets
Work closely with the production team
