POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Drive agile project delivery across multiple tech products
Facilitate agile ceremonies and cross-team collaboration
Track KPIs, report progress, and align deliverables with business goals
Lead strategic initiatives to boost innovation and performance

Requirements:

Must have 3+ years’ experience managing software development projects
Solid grasp of agile principles and reporting tools
Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
On-site presence at in Cape Town CBD office

Nice to Have:

German language skills
Programming basics and certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.)
Experience in public sector projects
