SUMMARY:
Key Responsibilities:

Assist qualified Millwrights with mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks.
Perform basic repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance on food processing equipment.
Support production teams in reducing machine downtime.
Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene standards (HACCP, GMP).
Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness.
Record maintenance activities as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / N3 Certificate.
Minimum 2 yearsâ experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to use hand and power tools.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
Physically fit and safety conscious.
