Senior AI Engineer / AI Lead (Mid–Senior Level)

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer / AI Lead who can drive high-impact projects, design scalable AI architectures, and mentor a growing AI team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and implementation of AI models, focusing on production-ready pipelines.
• Architect solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, NLP, and advanced ML techniques.
• Work closely with product owners to translate business needs into ML solutions.
• Guide Junior AI Engineers and foster a culture of experimentation and delivery.

• 5+ years in AI/ML with a track record of deployed models.
• Strong coding in Python, with deep understanding of ML and DL frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for scalable deployments.
• A passion for mentoring and building high-performance AI teams.
