JOB SUMMARY:
6 MONTHS TEMPORARY POSITION
Riverhorse Valley. Opportunity exists for Senior Administrator with strong attention to detail, advanced Excel skills and excellent organisational ability.

Please note: only candidates who are available immediately will be considered for the position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing on Excel based system (extreme accuracy needed)
  • Process quotes and invoices
  • Allocation of receipts schedules
  • Scheduling services and assisting Services Manager with follow up calls to clients
  • Tracking WIP
  • Chasing outstanding invoices
  • Weekly reconciliations
  • Receptionist duties including answering telephone, redirecting calls, assisting walk-in clients and any other ad hoc duties as required
