SUMMARY:
A well-established law firm in Parktown North is seeking a seasoned and experienced Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team
The ideal candidate will have strong litigation expertise, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a proven record of managing complex matters effectively

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

6 to 8 years’ post-admission experience as an Attorney
Right of Appearance in the High Court is essential
Extensive litigation experience in both Magistrates’ and High Court matters
Solid knowledge of High Court Rules, Caselines, and Court Online
Strong skills in drafting pleadings, legal opinions, and conducting legal research independently
Proven ability to handle opposed matters and to appear in court confidently
