Overview

An international MedTech company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst. This role blends product management, business intelligence, process optimization, and leadership to drive profitability and growth across an international division. The successful candidate will oversee a cross-functional team spanning software, hardware, CRM systems, and product development, with full product life cycle responsibility from planning to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage product requirements across cross-functional teams
• Lead project delivery, capacity planning, and release schedules
• Drive data-led process improvements and business intelligence strategy
• Oversee compliance documentation (ISO, CE, FDA) and system accuracy
• Mentor team members and support professional development

Requirements

Qualifications:

• • Essential: BEng (Industrial or Chemical), BCom (Information Systems/IT), or BSc (Computer Science/Informatics)
  • Desirable: Honours degree in any of the above fields

Experience:

• • Minimum 5 years in business analysis within IT, software, or medical device fields
  • Experience with SaaS or PaaS models preferred
  • End-to-end exposure to the software development life cycle

Key Competencies

• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Monday.com, Confluence)
• Strong skills in business process modeling (BPMN 2.0/UML)
• Data-driven mindset with experience in business intelligence and big data
• API knowledge and specification design capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, and Google Suite tools
• Confident in workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
