Senior Business Analyst

SUMMARY:
Please see the brief for the position:

• Senior BAs with a minimum of 6 years’ working experience in IT business analysis – (3 years of which should be in the Short-Term insurance environment
• Agile/Scrum knowledge
• Working understanding of Azure/JIRA or similar case management system
• 1-2 years of Data/systems migration, development, and integration
• Generic BA competencies in terms of analysis, requirements gathering, documentation like FRS, BRS, test case input
• Process flows and mapping experience are necessary
• System experience is necessary with exposure to SDLC
• Reinsurance is a rare competence, but would be useful
• Claims experience is beneficial
• Artificial Intelligence/Digital experience
• Looking for BAs that can take initiative, shape their work, and be delivery-oriented, can navigate the organisation, and manage stakeholder expectations
• SQL, API, Postman, Visio, Azure DevOps, and MS Excel would be hugely beneficial (SQL and Visio would set the candidate apart)
• Azure is the preferred tool
• Exposure to complex projects with a good understanding of dependent roles like Testing, Data

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or relevant Information Systems qualification
