Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma or relevant qualification in Computer Science or IT.
  • 5 - 7 years’ experience in business analysis.
  • Financial services industry experience will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Exposure to an ERP system / data warehouse system.
  • Solid knowledge of UML BA frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, record, analyse, business processes and identify system requirements.
  • Liaise between Business units and IT.
  • Ensure a high quality of defined solutions by working closely with the IT Manager and the enterprise application team.
  • Building relationships and partnerships with key Stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of business solutions.
  • Participate in multiple projects and in the analysis and designing of the digital transformation projects.
  • Provide project level analysis.
  • Identify new ways to increase the use and adoption of new systems ad application adoption whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain issues logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates.
