Duties:

• Lead and manage cloud solution architecture across all deployments.
• Design high-level architecture and validate solutions against business needs.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices, security, and compliance.
• Support and manage cloud infrastructure, monitoring, automation, and backups.
• Implement IaaS and PaaS services in Azure including Azure SQL, Databricks, and Data Lake.
• Guide DevOps, business continuity, disaster recovery, and infrastructure optimisation.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• B Degree or relevant advanced diploma (NQF level 7)
• Microsoft Certified Cloud Architect
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Specialist: Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist

• 8–10 years in a senior technical specialist role
• 5+ years of Microsoft technology and solutions design experience

• Cloud design and Microsoft Azure architecture
• Windows Server OS and virtualisation
• Information security and compliance
• PowerShell scripting and automation
• Azure SQL, Databricks, Data Lake
• DevOps, cloud backups, and system monitoring
