SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Commercial Bond Conveyancing Secretary to join a well-established law firm in Bryanston. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling commercial property finance transactions, with a specific focus on ABSA bond registrations.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Minimum of 5–8 years solid experience in commercial bond registrations
Strong working knowledge of ABSA bond processes (essential)
Proficient in conveyancing systems
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload independently
Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
