Matric. Credit Management Diploma OR similar. Min 5- 8 yrs experience as a Senior Credit Controller. Deal with large retail accounts will be advantageous. Understand the NationalAct.

Manage the full credit control function

Payment allocations

Monthly statements

Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past due accounts

Forward invoices and schedules weekly to clients

Manage customer portals

Release & print credit notes

Offset payments from suspenseaccount to cash accounts

Detailed monthly feedback on debtors aging.

Release and printorders for CT & DBN branches

Cash payments for walk in customers

Verify credit applications

Opening new debtors accounts on Syspro

Requesting remittances and reconciliation of accounts

Collections of payments on the due date as per trading terms

Requesting and investigating claims from customers

Contact clients for payments when credit limitis reached

Cash flow projection

Prepare rebates, discount, bad debt & DC charges calculation

Monthly and yearly reconciliation of rebates & discounts

Workwith legal team, start legal proceedings if debt is not paid within agreed terms

Maintain export sales file

1 x Debtors Clerk reporting.Full function debtors. Must have Syspro and come from the Retail/FMCG industry.
