Who Are We Looking For:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Digital Executive to join our fast-paced, innovative digital team. The ideal candidate is a data-driven digital marketing professional with agency-side experience, excellent technical skills and a flair for digital strategy execution. You will play a pivotal role in driving online performance and supporting global marketing goals across our school portfolio.

Reporting to: Performance Director

What Will You Do:

Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEM, social media and display
Launch and optimise online ads (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Bing)
Assist in managing digital marketing budgets
Measure campaign performance using web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies
Set up and monitor website conversion tracking, pixel tracking and event tracking
Conduct market and competitor research to inform digital strategy
Analyse campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices and share them with the team

What Will You Need:

12–18 months of digital marketing experience, ideally agency-side
Proven experience in a digital marketing role (e.g. Digital Marketing Executive)
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, tactics and best practices
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM and B2C social media marketing
Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A team-oriented attitude
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field
