POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Senior Accountant to help maintain financial accuracy and integrity as we continue to grow. If you have a strong background in accounting and finance, combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving, this may be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Recording Financial Transactions: Accurately record and classify financial data to maintain integrity in our accounting system.
Reviewing Bank Reconciliations: Conduct thorough reviews of bank reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Preparation of Management Accounts: Generate and interpret monthly management accounts to support decision-making.
Preparation of Financial Packs: Prepare comprehensive financial packs, providing valuable insights to senior management.
Assisting with the filing of tax returns (PAYE, VAT and Income Tax) and tax payments to ensure compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Professional qualification (e.g., CA, CIMA, ACCA) preferred
5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong grasp of financial reporting and management accounts
High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
