Our client, based in Parktown, is a key player in their industry and is currently expanding their finance team with a critical hire: a Senior Accountant (Ops-focused).

This is a highly operational role designed for someone ready to step out of pure reporting and into a space where your work drives real business performance.

You’ll be part of a collaborative and commercially savvy team, gaining exposure to strategic projects, senior leadership interaction, and performance-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the budgeting and forecasting process across key departments

Deliver accurate and insightful management accounts and reports to support decision-making

Conduct detailed financial and operational analysis to improve business outcomes

Support senior finance and operations teams with performance tracking and strategic input

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Experience:

Minimum 3–4 years' post-grad experience in a similar operational finance or management accounting role

Skills:

Strong Excel skills; exposure to budgeting systems and reporting tools preferred
Must have a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable engaging with non-finance stakeholders
