ü 4 year HR degree with Industrial psychology as a major + MBA & strong with technology.
ü Competent and innovative in the application of Technology within the HR field.
ü Be comfortable to work closely with and report to Executives and Partners
ü Excellent presentation skills
ü Work with and demonstrate true competence working with a budget of R 11 Billion
ü Being excellent in executing programs and strategic planning around:
- OD and Talent Dev competence
- Diversity (building teams around disabled, Women, Gender, race)
- Building and contributing to a :”Centre of Excellence” in HR business units
ü Strong people management with innovative and motivating leadership qualities.
ü Regional – building communication channels and accountability with autonomous regional managers.
ü Highly innovative, with new ideas and ability to be a part of a organizational transformation.
