In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing a wide range of HR functions, with a strong focus on administration. Your expertise in HR policies, payroll, recruitment, and industrial relations will be essential in ensuring compliance, effective employee support, and smooth HR operations.

POSITION INFO:
To succeed in this role, you should have a relevant tertiary HR qualification and solid generalist HR experience. This is a position that requires excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong knowledge of the BCEA, Employment Equity Plans, and Skills Development is essential. Experience in handling payroll, recruitment processes, and basic IR functions (including disciplinary processes and performance management) will also be valuable.
