SUMMARY:
A well-established short term insurer is seeking to appoint a Senior Management Accountant
To interpret financial data, to provide financial support, advice and reporting to the business that is aligned to the objectives of the organization,
aiding sound business decisions, as well as ensure that financial risks are properly mitigated by proactive controls.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant B degree qualification (BCom/ BAcc) specialising in:
Accounting, Finance
3 years completed articles.
3 years finance experience in similar environment

Knowledge

Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, GAAP and Insurance Regulations.
Good understanding of Government related acts (PMFA, ECT, etc).
Understanding of business environment and application of Finance knowledge to business context.
