Senior Manager: Business Support
Join an international bank that is immensely growing within the commercial and Business Banking space

JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this role you would be responsible for the management and coordination of operational activities in the business suites ensuring highest level of internal and external customer service experience.
Support business unit head with budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, data analytics, project support and related functions

Requirements

Academic Knowledge: NQF 7. FAIS RE5 competent.
At least 5 years management experience and a diploma or B degree in commerce, banking, marketing and/or finance
Work Experience: 12 years general banking experience, of which at least 5 years business banking experience, 5 years management experience inclusive of direct people management.
Direct senior and executive management engagement experience
