A leading 5-star hotel is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Pastry Chef to lead its pastry kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a passion for fine desserts, plated artistry, and luxury hospitality standards.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the pastry section and ensure consistent quality and presentation
• Develop and execute high-end dessert menus, including plated desserts, pastries, breads, and baked goods
• Manage and train junior pastry staff, ensuring high performance and growth
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards in compliance with hotel and industry regulations
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning, cost control, and kitchen operations
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and daily prep schedules efficiently

• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in a pastry role, with at least 2 years in a senior position
• Experience in a 5-star hotel or fine dining environment essential
• Culinary qualification in pastry or patisserie
• Creative flair with strong attention to detail and plating techniques
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team
• Good communication, time management, and organisational skills
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles
