Senior Project Manager

SUMMARY:
Lead end-to-end product development in our R&D team from concept to production handover using structured LCM processes. Collaborate across departments, work with customers, and coordinate globally to bring innovative products to life.

POSITION INFO:

Plan, execute, and manage cross-functional project tasks to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness
Develop and manage overall project budgets, including resource and staffing requirements
Ensure each program meets defined objectives and performance targets
Align priorities with the Department Manager and Engineering Director
Monitor progress and ensure compliance with the company’s Lifecycle Management (LCM) process
Identify critical paths, major risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
Resolve project challenges and conflicts, ensuring smooth execution
Collect and analyze project data to identify areas for improvement
Manage effective communication across teams, stakeholders, and leadership
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress as needed
Collaborate and align with project teams across multiple AEC sites
Coordinate with sub-contractors during development, when necessary
Work closely with customers and/or support program management to ensure deliverables and milestones are achieved

Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a Project Management certification, with 5–10 years of proven project management experience
Demonstrated ability to lead program strategy from end to end and effectively communicate results to senior leadership
Strong background in analytical thinking, strategic planning, and project execution
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and strong follow-through
Solid financial, contractual, and commercial acumen, including strong negotiation skills
Experience in electronic or high-tech industries is highly desirable
Aerospace industry experience, with knowledge of software and hardware development standards such as DO-178 and DO-254
Skilled in using data and metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
