POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior R&D Hardware Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior R&D Hardware Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge hardware systems.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical and hardware engineering, with the ability to lead complex projects and integrate innovative technologies into advanced hardware solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced hardware systems and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and manufacturing experts, to ensure seamless integration of hardware components.
- Conduct feasibility studies, detailed analysis, and simulations to validate hardware performance and reliability.
- Create comprehensive design documentation and specifications.
- Manage the hardware development lifecycle from concept through prototyping to testing and production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the development and testing phases.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in hardware design and development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in circuit design, PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle), and hardware debugging techniques.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics, embedded systems, and signal processing.
- Experience with hardware simulation and analysis tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with product certification processes and standards (e.g., CE, FCC) is a plus.
