Known for high standards of service and a meticulous, relationship-led approach to placement, the agency is expanding its national footprint and establishing a dedicated presence in Johannesburg.
The Senior Recruitment Consultant / Business Developer will be the first point of presence in Johannesburg, initially operating in a hybrid remote-to-office capacity. The role focuses heavily on driving new business development and full-cycle recruitment across key Johannesburg commercial sectors, with a structured growth path to lead and develop the regional branch as it expands.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new business development and establish an active client base across the Johannesburg market, focusing on core financial services and engineering/manufacturing sectors.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to placement, with delivery support from the established regional team.
- Implement and uphold the agency's brand standards, compliance processes, and service methodologies in a new regional market.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape regional marketing and business development strategies.
- Lay the operational foundations for future team expansion and regional branch growth.
Requirements- Minimum Matric
- Tertiary Education advantageous
- Drivers License and own vehicle non-negotiable.
- A minimum of 5 years’ agency recruitment experience within the South African permanent placement sector.
- A documented track record of consistent billing and successful new business acquisition.
- An existing professional network within the Gauteng corporate or industrial sectors is highly advantageous.
- Proven capability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, aligned with premium client-facing service standards.
