Senior SAP MM Support Specialist

Minimum Qualifications:

• BSc / BCom Degree or Diploma equivalent
• SAP Certification

• Multi-tasking and excellent management of time and priorities is essential
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that work effectively within team and different audiences at all levels
• Demonstrated, well-developed judgment and problem-solving skills whilst working in a highly pressurized environment
• Pro- active, committed and highly motivated

• Analyse risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.
• High level of attention to detail

• Strong analytical skills and ability to define problems, collects details data, analyse and interpret results and recommend changes and improvements
• Computer literate MS Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Strong experience in a SAP projects and global SAP template rollout
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing) as this is an English-speaking Other languages are an advantage, such as French, Spanish.

Work Experience:

• 8 years of MM experience
• At least 3 full cycle implementations and one S/4 HANA full cycle implementation

• Provide second and third level support in SAP S/4 MM area - Procurement, Inventory Management and Radio Frequency Processes.
• Determine business requirements (e.g., functional and technical, information needs, business processes) through information-gathering sessions
• Analyze information gathered, document business requirements and map to SAP business processes
• Functionality testing: knowledge of, and ability to use, testing methodologies, processes and tools, including unit, integration, system, regression and dry run testing
• Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area
• Provide support for business applications or infrastructure in order to maintain productivity level
• Involved in on-going SAP global rollout
• Collaborate with business decision makers and end users
• Implement and maintain SAP MM systems using best practices
• Configure MM solutions in support of business process requirements
• Identify gaps and issues and assist with solution implementations
• Project tracking and reporting on deviations
• Project risk and issues management
• Logistics and planning coordinating
• Provide Level 3 support to site Super Users and End Users as required
• Perform system changes and configuration
• Ensure MM documentation is kept up to date
• Maintain SAP copper documentation and templates and provide to template owners
• Provide ad hoc informal training and upskilling to SME's on relevant awareness requirements
• Collate incident management details
• Analyze and implement process improvements as required
• SAP System monitoring related to business processes
• Execute on SAP MM bug fixes implementation
• Collaborate and engage with global Business Process Owners
• Execute and implement system upgrade
• Provide support to Master Data Governance (MDG)
• Weekly calls with site SMEs and Global BPOs
