SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

This role is pivotal in leading customer relationships and driving business growth across international and local markets. You will analyse market trends, collaborate with product development, operations, and finance teams to align strategies, and represent the company at major industry events worldwide.

Essential Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous, while a tertiary qualification in leather technology will be highly beneficial.
A minimum of 5 years’ sales management experience in the textile or leather industry.
A proven record of building strong client relationships and successfully managing international accounts.
Strong leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM systems is essential.
