Job Overview:
A dynamic organisation is seeking a Senior Specialist – Supply Chain Management to manage the full supply chain value chain. This includes strategic sourcing, procurement, contracts, compliance, reporting, and supplier relationship management aligned with regulatory and transformation goals.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 7 Degree in Supply Chain / MCIPS
- Registered with a recognised professional body
- 5–7 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management
- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365)
- Working knowledge of Acts, Legislation, and transformation targets
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage strategic sourcing, demand planning, and tender processes
- Execute procurement in line with ESG, B-BBEE, and ESD compliance standards
- Manage contracts, SLAs, supplier database and performance reviews
- Analyse procurement spend and generate detailed reports
- Support organisational culture through high-performance procurement practices
