Overlook Service Technicians
Oversee the Quality of service delivered to Clients
Business Development
Provide guidance and training where needed
Understand the SLAs and support service Technicians
Enable value to customers
Development and Training
Follow up with clients
Schedules direct and provide Technical Support to Technicians to meet service demands and customer expectations.
Supervise and direct technicians to perform functions of equipment repair, installation, start-up, operation, etc.
Review Technicians work to ensure quality meets standards
Improve quality and productivity
Set improvement goals

Skills & Experience:
HVAC experience
Service Management Experience
Experience with Industrial Refrigeration and Airconditioning
Great Technical ability skills
Leadership skills
Problem-solving skills
Hands-on Experience

Qualification:
Red Seal Trade Test in Refrigeration and Airconditioning OR BTech/BEng/ND in Mechanical Engineering

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
