Are you a hands-on technician who thrives in high-stakes environments and enjoys solving technical issues quickly and safely?
We’re looking for a Service Technician to join a Control Room Team at one of the Netherlands’ most advanced and complex technical facilities.

In this critical role, based near Eindhoven, you’ll monitor building systems, respond to technical disruptions, and ensure that essential operations continue without interruption.
Whether it's a sudden server room failure, a faulty access system, or an emergency alarm—you’ll be the go-to person for a swift, safe solution.

POSITION INFO:

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Monitor technical systems via building management software.
• Respond immediately to malfunctions (e.g., HVAC issues, power failures, access problems).
• Carry out safe, on-site repairs using LOTO (Lock Out-Tag Out) procedures.
• Perform regular technical inspections and report anomalies.
• Act as part of the High Priority Team during emergencies such as fire alarms, gas leaks, and elevator faults.
• Work on a 3-shift rotation (3 mornings, 3 afternoons, 3 days off), with a planned transition to a 5-shift system.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a hands-on technical role (e.g., service technician, maintenance engineer, or support specialist).
• A completed N2 or higher technical qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, or similar).
• Previous work in high-tech or critical environments (data centers, hospitals, industrial plants, etc.).
• Understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Willingness to work shifts and respond to on-site emergencies.
• Familiarity with LOTO and safety-first procedures.

Education

• N2 or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
