Duties and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 4 years milling plant maintenance experience
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
- Valid milling plant PSR authorisation
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance teams and daily plant operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Schedule maintenance tasks and monitor completion
- Provide technical guidance to team members
- Report progress and issues to Site Manager
