Qualification:- N3 with trade test as Mechanical Fitter
Experience:- Minimum 4 years milling plant maintenance experience
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- Valid milling plant PSR authorisation
Key Responsibilities:- Lead mechanical fitter teams on site
- Ensure equipment reliability and performance
- Conduct routine inspections and report faults
- Implement maintenance schedules
- Support training and development of team members
