? REQUIREMENTS:
? Diploma/Certificate in Legal Cost Consulting or Paralegal Studies
? 10+ years in legal cost consultancy
? Solid knowledge of court rules, legal processes & taxation hearings
? Excellent drafting, analytical & negotiation skills
? Proficient in MS Office & Legal Billing Systems
? LLB advantageous (not mandatory)
? Key Duties:
? Draft & settle various bills of costs
?? Represent at taxation hearings (High & Magistrates' Courts)
? Analyse legal files & determine recoverable costs
? Negotiate settlements and advise attorneys on cost strategies
? Ensure compliance & maintain accurate records
