The classic duties involve recruiting team members, allocating tasks, setting goals and deadlines, handling documentation, and consulting with customers.
Responsible for managing the complete life cycle of moderately-to-highly complex projects, including approval, planning, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time.
Develops and stays within budgets, timelines, and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracks critical project achievements and milestones.
Maintains communication with stakeholders.
Manages all assigned projects to completion ensuring on-time delivery, a meeting of budgetary demands, and maintaining overall project ownership.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and major milestone timelines
Uses formal processes, including an internal Project Management system, and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
Knowledge of rules governing work in the public right-of-way and in a private property.
Ability to read and understand A&E drawings.
Ability to direct the diagnosis of workflow problems, critical paths, and institute remedies. Customer service orientation with a strong problem-solving approach
Formal qualification required as well as a course in project management
