I am currently looking for experienced Software Automation Testers for various contract and permanent opportunities across South Africa.
Partnering with me ensures access to multiple opportunities where your skills in test automation, scripting, and QA best practices will help drive excellence in software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
Build and enhance automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
Execute functional, regression, and integration testing.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams.
Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution.
Maintain documentation of test plans, test cases, and execution results.
Contribute to the improvement of CI/CD pipelines and testing efficiency.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

Relevant Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
ISTQB Certification or similar QA qualification (advantageous).

Experience:

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in software test automation.
Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit).
Strong scripting skills in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab).
Knowledge of version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, K6) is advantageous.

Nice to Have:

Cloud testing exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow).
