JOB SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced and established Quality Assurance Engineer with exposure to the Insurance, Telecommunications or FinTech industries? Do you have a solid track record in shaping designing, developing and executing quality assurance control processes, test plans, test strategies and test cases that verify software conformance to defined acceptance criteria, with a big focus on automation testing? Then this one is for you.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client, a multinational FinTech and Insurance group is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Engineer.

Duties:

Develop appropriate automation test strategy and plans to address quality assurance needs
Create or acquire test data based on the test scenarios
Drive test strategy and test automation initiatives
Ensure at all times that risks are escalated and mitigated where necessary

Education:

Relevant IT qualification – Bachelor's Degree OR Diploma in IT related field
Software testing qualification certification (ISTQB or equivalent)

Experience:

3 + years' solid QA engineering background
Knowledge of SQL
API or back-end testing
Testing tools like Selenium, JMeter and Robot Framework
Experience with CI tools like Jenkins
Successfully applied Agile/XP/Scrum practices
Analytical skill
