SUMMARY:
Well known Spa Management Company is looking for a Spa Supervisor for their onsite spa based in Sabi Sands.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

A team leader self-motivated to achieve financial and operational goals to ensure the seamless and successful operation of the spa
Performs exemplary professional treatments in accordance with Amani Spa & Wellness protocols.
Consistently meet and exceed set revenue targets, including minimum 15% Retail to Turnover.
Manage and execute administrative duties such as daily cash-ups, appointment bookings, marketing, and stock take.
Projects enthusiasm for working in a multi-cultural environment resulting in a positive and healthy team culture.
Excellent verbal communication skills to understand and address all guest needs.
Dedicated to own health & wellness committing to the role, responsibilities, and wellbeing of the team.

Requirements:

Grade 12
Qualified Health & Skin Care Therapist with nationally recognised Diploma
At least 3 years in a luxury lodge or resort environment.
Previous experience in a similar role
Confident and competent to perform all face & body treatments and home-care recommendations.
Experience required of
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Basic understanding of financial reports.
Experienced in Spa software management (ChiDesk advantageous).
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and professional email etiquette.
Own reliable car for travel preferred.
South African citizen
