POSITION INFO:
Spa Therapist
Job Duties:
- Provide spa treatments to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the spa area.
- Keep accurate records of client consultations and treatment notes.
- Promote and upsell spa products and services to clients.
- Stay up to date with new trends and techniques in the spa industry.
Required Qualifications:
- Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or Spa Therapy.
- Valid certification in relevant massage techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Education:
A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience working as a Spa Therapist.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Deep understanding of spa treatments and products.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to tailor treatments to meet individual client needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in specialised spa treatments.
- Experience working in a luxury spa or hotel setting.
Working Conditions:
- Expected to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
