POSITION INFO:

We are looking for an experienced Spray Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in surface preparation, colour matching, and spray application techniques, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, masking, priming) for painting
Apply paint using spray guns for even, high-quality finishes
Mix and match paints to achieve accurate colour and texture
Operate and maintain spray painting equipment and tools
Ensure compliance with safety standards and use of PPE
Inspect finished work for defects and quality assurance
Monitor paint inventory and assist in stock management

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a spray painter
Knowledge of various paint types, techniques, and equipment
Strong colour matching and attention to detail
Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
Understanding of safety protocols and procedures
Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or construction industries preferred
Relevant training or certification advantageous
