SUMMARY:
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances.
Capture and maintain accurate stock records on ERP or inventory systems.
Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and storage in line with food safety standards.
Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure stock availability.
Investigate and report stock discrepancies and losses.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and internal controls.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in stock control within the food or FMCG industry.
Strong computer literacy (MS Excel, inventory/ERP systems).
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards and stock handling protocols.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
