Stock Controller and Back of House Manager
Based in Mpumalanga
R10 000 ctc per month

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Proven experience in stock control and/or kitchen management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Familiarity with kitchen equipment
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Pilot Software will be an advantage
