SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Store Admin Manager to lead stock integrity, cash office operations, goods receiving, and all back-office processes. You’ll ensure SOP compliance, reduce shrinkage, optimise systems (SAP, UNISOLV), and manage financial reporting. A great fit for someone who thrives behind the scenes but makes frontline impact.

Key KPIs:
Negative stock reduction, cash reconciliation, internal audit readiness, inventory accuracy, and budget adherence.

Requirements:
At least 1–2 years in retail admin/finance; strong systems knowledge and team management experience preferred.
Financial/Admin diploma or relevant tertiary 3-year Diploma is advantageous, coupled with experience in Human Resources.
Clear credit and criminal history.
South African Citizen.
Driver's license and own reliable transport.

Opportunities in retail hubs across the Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Border and KwaZulu-Natal regions
Retail hour flexibility required
