SUMMARY:
Join a dynamic team as a Store Assistant Manager supporting the Store Manager in all operations—sales, HR, admin, and stock. You’ll help drive floor execution, online order management, shrinkage control, and customer service delivery. Ideal for a strong supervisor ready to step up.

Key KPIs:
Accurate stock levels, complaint resolution, team productivity, online order fulfilment, and promotional execution.

Requirements:
5+ years retail/FMCG experience including Receiving, Administration, Cash Office or Sales Floor Management, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
Relevant Retail FMCG qualification is advantageous.
Proficiency in inventory systems, staff scheduling, and operational oversight is essential.
Clear credit and criminal history.
South African Citizen.
Driver's license and own reliable transport.

Opportunities in retail hubs across the Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Border and KwaZulu-Natal regions
Retail hour flexibility required
