POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Store Operations Management
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.
• Visual Merchandising: Arrange displays, window dressing, and store layout to attract customers.
• Staff Supervision: Manage and train store staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth teamwork.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
• Cash Handling: Oversee cash registers, manage cash flow, and reconcile daily sales.
• Sales and Marketing
• Sales Targets: Manage sales goals, track performance, and motivate staff to achieve targets.
• Customer Engagement: Foster customer loyalty through personalised interactions and exceptional service.
• Financial Management
