SUMMARY:
Masa is currently looking for a Storeman assistant who has an FMCG background. Must be allocated to the Isipingo area (KZN-DBN)

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
Basic computer literacy (Excel, EQMS, SAP, MS Office applications)
Good understanding of Store operations
Trade-tested certificate in Millwright/ Electrician
1–2 years of experience in a similar role within an FMCG or fast-paced warehousing environment
Good numerical and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with receiving and checking deliveries against purchase orders/invoices.
Accurately pack and label stock in accordance with stock rotation requirements (FIFO).
Assist in maintaining proper stock levels and organization in the warehouse.
Pick and pack orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
Assist with the loading and offloading of goods.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store/warehouse.
Ensure all stock movements are recorded on the system or relevant paperwork.
Assist in stock replenishment to various departments or outlets.
Adhere to company policies and health & safety regulations.
Perform other ad hoc warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
