Key Responsibilities Office Support
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Handle all incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and students.
- Prepare and manage boardrooms for meetings.
- Assist contractors with building access and maintain a key register.
- Provide friendly and efficient service, ensuring queries are resolved or directed.
- Support the Property Manager with administrative tasks.
Student Accommodation Administration
- Manage facilities services in line with policies and procedures.
- Process internal and external communications.
- Create work orders for maintenance issues.
- Attend and take minutes at Property Management meetings.
- Monitor and respond to emails in the admin mailbox.
- Ensure availability of relevant forms at reception.
- Assist with student-related inquiries or escalate to the appropriate person.

Qualifications and Experience Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 2–4 years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related software.
Preferred
- Diploma or Degree in Office Administration.
