We’re looking for a Student Support Administrator to join our dedicated team and be the first point of contact for learners navigating their academic journey.

POSITION INFO:

ð ï¸ Responsibilities:

Provide timely and compassionate support to student inquiries via email, phone, and in person
Manage and update student records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinate administrative tasks including enrolment, orientation, and course scheduling
Collaborate with academic staff and other departments to resolve issues and enhance student experience
Monitor student engagement and escalate concerns appropriately
Support events, workshops, and communications aimed at student success

ð¯ What We’re Looking For:

Proven administrative experience, preferably in education or student services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Tech-savvy with proficiency in student databases and Microsoft Office Suite
A service mindset and genuine care for supporting others
