JOB SUMMARY:
The Sustainability Projects Manager is part of the greater development team, responsible for the development of our client's portfolio, as well as its portfolio of assets

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role is primarily active on the sustainability front and is responsible for:

Leading the end-to-end development and delivery of key sustainability projects and initiatives;
Managing all aspects relating to utilities and building performance measurement, associated data management, and required reporting processes (focussing on the E) in support of the ESG initiatives; and

iii. Monitoring at a group level of client's impact on the environment with regards to Waste, Water, Energy, Transport and Technology (WWETT) while being aware of associated risks and opportunities throughout the company, and in doing promoting efficiencies and ensuring regulatory compliance.
This is achieved through the implementation of relevant strategies and associated projects (as approved and directed by the Head of Sustainability, Infrastructure and Land).
In summary, the role ensures (through effective and efficient project management and delivery) that the company's sustainability effort enhances business performance and supports the long-term interest of our client.

Qualification

B.Sc. or B.Eng. degree.
Master's degree preferred.
Professional registration such as Pr. Eng is advantageous

Experience

Five to ten years' experience in a commercial property environment with a focus on project management, sustainability and/or measurement (utilities) and/or control systems. Proven technical knowledge and analytical capabilities is therefore required.
