Grade 12
Office Administrator Diploma
Powerpoint and Excel (advanced level)

Sound knowledge on PA or secretarial skills
Office professional
Business acumen
Communication and negotiation skills
Presentation skills
Time management skills
Leadership skills
Written communication skills
Knowledge of HR principles and practices
Planning organizing and coordinating

Role and responsibilities:

Coordinate meetings, plan Talent Management initiatives, monitor audits, track projects. manage the Training Academy venue bookings and logistics
Administer time management for the team and apprentices
Coordinate departmental meetings and facilitates the allocation of venues
Initiate and process of shopping cards and purchase orders
Follow up with accounts department and suppliers to ensure payments are done
Arrange accommodation for newly appointed employees
Leave and time administration
General administration
SAP Time administration
SRM (supplier relationship management)
Meetings Coordinator
Travel Management
