JOB SUMMARY:
The successful incumbent will lead a civil team consisting of civil engineers, technologists, technicians. The primary focus will be on contributing to building the Built Environment unit in Gauteng by utilizing your existing network in the South African public and private sector, with clients and network partners, to win and deliver new work.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with a Pr.Eng registration and further CPD development in your technical field
Appropriate post-graduate CPD in general management and leadership or the management of projects in a consulting environment.
Additional industry affiliations or similar.
Minimum of 15 years’ experience within the Built Environment industry, specific to masterplanning, township, precinct and site specific civil engineering, with at least 5 years leading a team of 10 or more staff in your own practise or a business unit in a larger firm.
An accomplished technical Team Leader with the ability to support, mentor and develop less experienced engineers.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
